• Additional yarn costs for changes reflected in final invoice; products and payment non-refundable post-payment.

RUSH ORDERS, PICK-UP & SHIPPING:

• Rush orders available upon request with CAD 30.00 fee; confirmation before payment.
• Pick-up arrangements made post-completion; shipping within Canada only currently.
• Future shipping expansion plans underway, with updates to be communicated.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

• Gift certificates now available, offered in hard copy or digital format; no expiry date. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Wash on delicate COLD setting, water not to exceed 30°C; 
• Place 1 cup of vinegar to your first wash to minimize colour bleeding.
• We recommend items lay flat to dry, and flip in order to ensure an even dry; or tumble dry on low heat.
• Avoid dry cleaning, ironing, or bleach.r use bleach on your blankets.
